I dag har jeg ikke blogget så meget (overhovedet) og du tænker nok "hvorfor, Marie, hvorfor?!". Jeg vil gerne svare dig med et ultra sejt svar: min dejlige veninde, Michelle (husk at udtale det sidste e), og jeg har brugt nok i alt 3-5 timer på at købe ind til sushi og lave det helt fra bunden! Jeg må nok sige, at trods det tog nok en time at tilberede risene og 45 minutter på svampene og alt skulle være fuldstændig præcist hele tiden, at det var helt vildt fedt og jeg kan fortælle at hjemmelavet sushi er det allerbedste sushi jeg nogensinde jeg har smagt! meget bedre end føtex-sushi og en smule bedre end SUSHISUSHI-sushi. Jeg tror en del af det godt skyldes at man selv har stået 2,5 time i køkkenet. Prøv det!

Today I haven't been blogging at all, and you might think "why, oh why?!". I'll answer you with a pretty cool answer: my frined Michelle(pronounce the last e too!) and I have spent in all maybe 3-5 hours on buying stuff for sushi and making it from scratch! I must say, that despite the fact that it took about 1 hour to prepare the rice and 45 minutes on the shitaake mushrooms and so on, that it was amazing and that homemade sushi is the best! Way better than any other sushi I've tasted. You should try it!
